Role description :-
 

Provide customer satisfaction through timely card application processing, coordination with IBC T&E team, payments team to resolve incorrect charges, payment issues and delinquency.

2-year degree and 2 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assist in the daily operations of the credit card program which includes:

  • Set up new card members.
  • Cancel cards of terminated employees
  • Maintain credit status of cardholders.
  • Analyze cardholder reports for policy noncompliance and delinquency.
  • Communicate cardholder noncompliance to management.
  • Resolve customer service issues related to cardholder issues such as cancellation, suspension.
  • Resolve customer service issues related to the use of cards in the automated expense management program.

Participate in credit card related enhancement projects, from both the bank and JCI Procurement. Manage program and project related task prioritization and completion within agreed upon timeline.

Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels of the company.

Ability to work independently.
