Job Description

We are looking for a professional to lead the Global Point of Sale process and manage a team of Global Operations Analysts. The Global Point of Sale process is a project planning to performance reporting and sales incentive within the Commercial Data and Sales Insights (CDSI). You will sit within Commercial Operations and serve as the main contact for Market Access and Distributor partners.

You will oversee the daily operational process for ingesting point of sale data from global distributors, ensuring high quality and delivery. Partner management and communication are critical to this role to maintain transparency on data status. You will ensure well‑defined and scalable processes across regions, with success measured through adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

In addition to running core programmes, you will partner with regional market access, regional operations, IT, and other Commercial Operations to implement process improvements. We ask that you be both operational capability and commercial experience.
 

You will report to the Commercial Operations Leadership Team.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end Global Point of Sale process.

  • Maintain monthly status communications with team members.

  • Engage external partners to guide process improvements.

  • Align resources to ensure global coverage and uphold data quality metrics.

  • Create standardisation through templates, guides, timelines, and FAQs.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities internally and externally.

  • Prepare leadership communications and updates.

  • Monitor execution quality, identify gaps, and guide corrective actions through process updates, enablement, or partner engagement.

  • Create or guide the creation of process documentation, workflows, and governance artefacts to ensure clarity and version control.

  • Promote agreement across regions to ensure definitions, expectations, and execution consistency, while accounting for regional nuances.

  • Partner with enablement, analytics, and operations teams to ensure processes are supported by the right tools, data, and reporting.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations, sales operations, or programme management.

  • Programme management skills, including governance, stakeholder management, and execution tracking.

  • Familiarity with SAP, PowerApps, and Microsoft Suite.

  • Experience with limited distribution models.

  • Background in change management, enablement, or commercial transformation.

  • Experience working across regions with diverse cultures and organisational levels.
