The Graphic Designer crafts captivating visuals that tell our brand story across print and digital landscapes. You will collaborate closely with our advertising and marketing teams to decipher audience needs and business objectives, turning them into stunning and effective design solutions. From brainstorm sessions to final execution, you will be working closely with other designers, copywriters, and traffic coordinators to bring the creative request to life.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of design projects, with a focus on digital design. You should also have excellent skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma. You should be able to communicate your design ideas clearly and persuasively and take feedback and criticism constructively. You should also be able to work independently as well as in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Transform business partner creative requests into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences, all while incorporating the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Utilize design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma with precision, ensuring execution that adheres to the project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative dialogue with leadership, partners, and key stakeholders, through reviews and presentations utilizing their insights to craft a strategic recommendation for the creative request.
  • Working with other designers, copywriters, and traffic coordinators, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze design performance through key metrics, using insights to iterate and optimize creativity for maximum impact and campaign success.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field Required
  • Less than 1-year Relevant experience Required
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills (High proficiency)
  • Proficient in Mac OS (High proficiency)
  • Knowledge of graphic designing software in a MAC environment, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (High proficiency)
  • Ability to present, persuade, and sell design ideas to executives (Medium proficiency)
  • High attention to detail and precision with a sensitivity to corporate messaging, image, and brand attributes. (High proficiency)
