What the Role Entails

1. Closely monitor industry trends and apply business analysis expertise and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis of industry business models, product innovation, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

2. Identify changes in user behaviour and evolving needs through both qualitative and quantitative research, and uncover strategic opportunities across different business lines.

3. Provide management at all levels with targeted strategic analysis and decision-making recommendations to support business and commercial decisions.

4. Assist in developing business and project plans for business groups and departments.

5. Support strategic, cross-team and cross-BG initiatives, and help drive project execution and delivery.
