Print Quality Program Manager 

Description -

Role Summary
Lead and manage complex, cross‑functional quality programs for HP Print products by driving data‑driven decisions, program execution, and continuous improvement. Act as a subject‑matter expert in HP Print technology while ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and schedule objectives. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end Print quality programs across multiple functions and stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise on HP Print products and technologies
  • Mentor and guide team members on quality and program best practices.
Key Skills Required
  • Program / Project Management (planning, forecasting, execution, Impact assessment, risk management)
  • Familiar with HP Print Technology
  • Excel – Advanced (data analysis, complex reporting)
  • Power BI – Basic (data visualization, dashboards)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English Communication 
Education and Experience Required
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project and program management, quality, lean six sigma, or a related field.
