As a Services Operations Analyst Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll work with the team that oversees installation, warranty, and service programs for millions of customers. Summer Internship Program

What You Will Learn

• Assist in analyzing operational performance data for service programs.
• Build reports and dashboards that track key metrics for installation and warranty services.
• Support optimization projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
• Gain exposure to vendor and partner management in services operations.
• Learn how operational analytics influence decision-making at scale.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, analytics, supply chain, operations management, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in operations, process improvement, or customer service.
• Previous relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
• Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
