What you'll do
As a Business Analyst, you’ll help analyse complex requirements across different business groups while validating and documenting system needs to make sure that the processes align with our strategic goals. Your ability to build strong working relationship with stakeholders and suppliers across teams will also be crucial to your success in this role.
You’ll also:
Turn complex architectural strategies and governance needs into actionable tool requirements and user stories
Define and maintain core architectural metadata and standards as well as set acceptance criteria while leading testing for new features, integrations and configuration changes in the EA tool
Work with enterprise architects, engineers and stakeholders to deliver EA solutions aligned with our business strategy, including creating important reports and dashboards for leaders
Support EA tool users by gathering feedback, prioritising improvements, and creating documentation of processes and training materials to make sure that systems are consistent with our business goals
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a relevant business analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, and CBAP, along with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. We’re also looking for someone with the ability to simplify complex ideas and confidently present data-driven insights to leaders.
You’ll also need:
Practical experience with a major EA repository tool such as Ardoq, LeanIX, Planview Enterprise Architecture, among others
Deep knowledge of key IT disciplines such as Application Portfolio Management (APM), Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM), and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Experience working with EA frameworks like The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF) and modelling concepts such as ArchiMate, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and the like
Strong analytical skills with the ability to go beyond surface-level requirements, assess strategic impact, and define quality standards and metrics for architectural data
