Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your work includes continuous testing efforts that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You also develop and implement automation strategies, create automated scripts, and manage data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes to enhance overall product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of testing activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing strategies and outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with environment configuration and data management for testing purposes.
- Experience in defect tracking and reporting tools to support quality assurance activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
