Google Dialog Flow CX Developer JD Responsibilities: Responsible for conversational flow design NLP (Natural Language Processing) integration of Google Dialogflow, User Experience (UX) collaborate with cross functional teams, create user stories and Implement Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed. Understanding of Design Call Flows Create User Stories Develop acceptance criteria Conversation design, feedback, and tuning Technical Skills 8 or more years’ experience with Conversational Design experience with a focus on virtual agents 5 or more years of conversational AI Agent Assist experience Experience working in an Agile environment Communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across the business and being a liaison. Ability to analyze data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Knowledge of scripting or programming languages preferred Experience with Telco or Contact Center operations and CCaaS technology Cloud platform experience (GCP) preferred
