Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, making you an integral part of our operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to design and implement network solutions tailored to client needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
