Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with release management and system stability practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
