About the Role

负责产品全生命周期管理及后续跟进工作，参与公司战略和渠道需求调研，通过对客户需求、监管政策、市场等各方面的洞察，规划设计保险产品并持续优化迭代。

Roles and Responsibilities:

产品研究

• 了解并参与分析公司战略和各渠道需求，为产品策略的制定提供支持

• 深入调研目标客群需求，发现潜在机会，推动客户导向的产品开发以满足客户需求

• 紧跟监管政策变化，研究相关规定对保险产品的影响，及时提供合规建议

• 对市场趋势和行业动态进行分析，识别产品创新和优化方向

• 收集分析产品数据反馈，推动产品迭代优化

• 分析调研服务生态圈发展变化，为提升产品增值服务提供支持

产品设计

• 对具有一定复杂性的产品进行可行性研究，规划设计相关产品（如1年期产品、非分红储蓄险等）

• 为目标客群制定明确的产品价值主张，以满足客户需求

产品管理

• 负责保险产品全生命周期管理，包括项目进度跟进、资源协调等，及时发现并解决问题

• 评估、跟进产品优化，确保产品持续满足市场需求

• 编写产品相关监管报告，确保符合监管要求

人员培养

参与团队知识管理，与团队成员分享行业及产品知识和经验

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 本科及以上，保险、金融、经济、医学、营销、税法等专业优先

• 具备相关工作经验3年及以上，包括独立执行产品开发项目、在前续产品上迭代创新等，有跨职能经验者优先

• LOMA/注册寿险管理师/项目管理师优先

• 熟悉保险行业知识和产品开发方面知识

• 了解医学/财商/法税、基本法、销售流程等方面知识者优先

• 熟练运用数据分析、演讲和项目管理技能

• 善于思考和分析，勇于创新，有良好的沟通协调和学习能力
