This role is focused on leveraging data to drive business improvements and decision-making. The professional develops, inspects, transforms, and models’ data to increase productivity, conduct predictive analyses, and provide accurate forecasting or classification. They manage end-to-end data processes, create tailored reports, and build dashboards (particularly in Power BI) for regulatory and clinical teams. In addition, they ensure the accuracy of analytical systems and serve as a liaison between data operations and business stakeholders. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
  • Conduct statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.
  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.
  • Maintain analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business.
  • Create Power BI dashboards for regulatory and clinical teams.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Analytical Skills – Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and statistical software (e.g., Python, R)
  • Fluent in English
