Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You will serve as the main liaison for project-related communications, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Your role requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on project goals and timelines, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software solutions.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to optimize performance and scalability.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing concepts and big data processing frameworks.
- Experience in writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with data storage systems and integration with various data sources.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Understanding of software development best practices including version control and testing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
