Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategy, planning and applications portfolio management Own application portfolio management for a set of applications, maintaining and up to application catalogue and defining the strategy for each application
Responsible for leading a team for supporting the applications of Epredia products to ensure that customers are provided with high quality solutions and attention throughout the sales and service processes
Support regional Sales team to achieve/exceed the required Sales target by providing specialist support and by driving improved product performance
Plan and establish the Epredia Demo & Training Center, this includes selecting location, construction and decoration and so on. Take routine management of the Demo & Training Center. Undertake the onsite support for specials request and make trouble shooting for complicated application issues
Support all customers/distributors training guides and training needs and localize operation instructions for strategic product lines
