Job Title: China Application Manager

Position Overview:

  • The Application manager will lead the planning and establishment of the Demo & training Center in Shanghai and take management of the center afterwards.
  • The Application manager will plan and execute national wide training & application plan for internal and external customers.
  • The Application Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all applications within the region, managing a distributed team of developers, application specialists and /or third party service providers.
  • Be a core member of China Leadership Team

  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategy, planning and applications portfolio management Own application portfolio management for a set of applications, maintaining and up to application catalogue and defining the strategy for each application

  • Responsible for leading a team for supporting the applications of Epredia products to ensure that customers are provided with high quality solutions and attention throughout the sales and service processes

  • Support regional Sales team to achieve/exceed the required Sales target by providing specialist support and by driving improved product performance

  • Plan and establish the Epredia Demo & Training Center, this includes selecting location, construction and decoration and so on. Take routine management of the Demo & Training Center. Undertake the onsite support for specials request and make trouble shooting for complicated application issues

  • Support all customers/distributors training guides and training needs and localize operation instructions for strategic product lines

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Fluent English speakers both in Oral and written
  • 8+ years of applications management experience in similar industry, Pathology field experience is very much preferred
  • Demonstrated key position skills to include; leadership, questioning and needs analysis, negotiation, motivation, communication, organization, and persuasion
  • Minimum of 30% travel is required and expected
