Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to support the acquisition of hundreds of different data feeds for cyber battlespace awareness in a sensitive Department of Defense (DoD) mission. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong background in data acquisition processes, procedures, and security. AWS certifications and experience in the NC3 mission space are advantageous but not required. A deep understanding of data handling and data security requirements is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data acquisition systems that can securely and efficiently ingest and process large volumes of data from diverse sources. The Systems Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data feeds are integrated seamlessly into our cyber battlespace awareness platform, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage complex technical projects and meet stringent deadlines.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective coordination with stakeholders and team members. Familiarity with DoD security protocols and compliance requirements is crucial, as the Systems Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that all data acquisition activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
