What will you do? 

 You will be responsible for providing part number and quotation for chiller parts as requested by customers. Additionally, you will support in executing parts orders and parts engineering activities.

 

How will you do it? 

  •  Identification of serviceable part numbers for chillers using parts/service catalogs, SLM, and ERP tools like Windchill and SAP.

  • Understand the customer parts request.

  • Provide necessary information regarding chillers as requested by customers.

  • Provide quotes for the identified part numbers/requested parts.

  • Support in executing parts orders for chillers.

What are we looking for?  

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience as a service engineer for chillers.

  • Working experience on multiple types of chillers, compressors, heat exchangers, and electrical parts would be an added advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of various chiller electrical panels and components.

  • Understanding of parts manuals and engineering drawings.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Owner’s mindset and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

  • Strong work ethics with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
