The CampSaver Retail Store seeks a part-time Sales Associate to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and assist customers daily. The retail associate's hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30am-2:30pm with rotating Saturdays from 9:30am to 6pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand all CampSaver products and be able to effectively communicate that knowledge with customers.
• Assist customers with exchanges and returns.
• Be able to recommend gear and apparel.
• Be a contributing team member who can provide input for improvement.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Deal with issues that arise with customers.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• You must be a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Background in outdoor recreation, i.e. climbing, backpacking, hiking, camping, trail running, and skiing preferred.
• Gear knowledge/experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Works well under pressure.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. repeatedly.
