As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role requires careful planning and execution of application and data migration projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position demands coordination with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to achieve seamless cloud adoption and support next-generation business capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration efforts with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms and migration tools relevant to both private and public cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and scalable data processing frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement high-performance data migration solutions that support business continuity.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration techniques to streamline migration workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing data migration processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
