Digital Project Manager (Digital Production)

ICF Next is looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver high‑quality digital projects that create real impact for our clients.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate digital projects end‑to‑end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Client satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do. You are the guardian of project profitability and a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.

You will work closely with our development, creative, UX, and strategic teams to design and deliver effective digital solutions while continuously identifying opportunities to grow and improve our clients’ digital ecosystems.

Your role:

Digital project delivery

• Manage digital projects from A to Z, from briefing to delivery
• Lead client briefings, challenge assumptions when needed, and translate requirements into clear project scopes
• Define project plans, timelines, and cost estimates, and secure client validation
• Coordinate all required resources (content, UX, design, front‑end and back‑end development, etc.)

Budget, planning & profitability

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and scope throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure strong financial control and project profitability
• Manage administrative follow‑up and reporting

Quality & user experience

• Ensure high‑quality deliveries through structured quality assurance
• Apply a strong user‑centric mindset, providing light UX audits and recommendations
• Challenge deliverables to ensure consistency, performance, and usability

Technical & stakeholder collaboration

• Act as a confident interface between clients and technical teams
• Understand how websites and platforms work on both front‑end and back‑end
• Identify risks early and propose pragmatic, effective solutions

Client partnership & performance

• Provide excellent client service and build trusted, long‑term relationships
• Create reports, analyse results, and recommend actionable improvements
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for new or follow‑up projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Production, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital project management, digital production, or digital marketing
• Proven experience delivering complete digital projects
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms, and martech trends
• Comfortable discussing technical requirements with developers and business needs with clients
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Confident communicator, able to present clearly and handle client questions
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and share knowledge
• Fluent in English; French (intermediate+) is a strong plus

Nice to have

• Experience working with Drupal CMS
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
