About the Role

As Manager, Digital Analytics and Optimization, you will lead the day-to-day execution of digital reporting, measurement, and analytics processes across Kohl’s digital platforms. You will ensure data is accurate, accessible and actionable by building reporting tools, standardizing measurement approaches and supporting teams through analytical guidance and enablement. 

What You’ll Do

  • Translate digital performance, customer behavior, traffic patterns and category trends into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that surface opportunities and risks

  • Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, KPI frameworks and automated analytics solutions, ensuring data accuracy across Adobe Analytics, tagging and BI platforms

  • Support cross-functional partners with tactical reporting improvements, measurement guidance and ongoing analytics support

  • Partner with Technology on tagging requirements, QA, validation, troubleshooting and UAT support to ensure accurate data collection for key launches

  • Maintain and evolve standards and documentation for tagging, reporting, KPIs, dashboard, and measurement processes

  • Develop training materials, reference guides and enablement sessions to improve data literacy and self-service analytics usage

  • Serve as the day-to-day analytics point of contact, translating business needs into clear measurement and reporting requirements

  • Manage and develop a team of analysts through coaching on tools, methodologies, tagging best practices, visualization and storytelling.

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years experience in digital analytics, BI reporting, marketing analytics or related fields

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or equivalent platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build dashboards and reporting in BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

  • Experience leading or coaching analysts

  • Strong communication skills for explaining findings to non-technical partners

Preferred

  • 2–4 years experience specifically with Adobe Analytics
    Experience with data visualization and reporting automation tools

  • Background in Digital, Merchandising, Planning, Reporting, or BI
    Experience leading through influence (cross-functional projects, shared measurement frameworks)

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics languages
