Meet the Team:

Drive strategic planning and execution of consumer-focused marketing initiatives for Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products in pharmacy, retail, and OTC channels across Australia and New Zealand. This role combines hands-on campaign delivery with strategic input to optimise Dexcom’s presence in the OTC space, ensuring compliance, brand consistency, and measurable growth in consumer engagement and adoption.

What makes you Successful:

Strategic Planning & Market Insights

· Contribute to the development of OTC marketing strategy and plan within the broader ANZ DTC framework, leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour trends.

· Identify growth opportunities in pharmacy and retail channels, recommending innovative tactics to strengthen Dexcom’s competitive positioning.

· Collaborate with APAC and Global teams to align OTC initiatives with regional priorities and global brand strategy.

Campaign Execution

· Implement OTC marketing campaigns across pharmacy networks and health/wellness platforms, ensuring alignment with ANZ marketing strategy and global brand guidelines.

· Coordinate promotional activities including digital advertising, in-store merchandising, and point-of-sale materials to drive consumer awareness and adoption.

· With the support of marketing services teams and agencies, design to creatives to support OTC marketing campaign plans.

Digital & Consumer Engagement

· Support and optimize digital initiatives targeting diverse audience segments via social media, out-of-home, email marketing, and educational content.

· Monitor campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Governance

· Ensure all OTC marketing materials comply with TGA (Australia) and ASA Therapeutic Code (NZ) regulations, as well as internal MLR processes.

· Maintain accurate documentation for approvals and audits.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Liaise with pharmacy chains, distributors, media/digital/creative agencies, and internal sales teams to coordinate marketing activities.

· Work closely with global and APAC teams to localize creative assets for product range.

Reporting & Analysis

· Own and track OTC campaign KPIs, including sales uplift, consumer engagement, and ROI.

· Prepare regular reports for leadership team as required.

What makes you successful:

· You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· You have between 5-8 years of progressive experience in healthcare or consumer health product management/OTC/retail, with a proven track record of success from concept development to launch

· You have demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

· You have sound knowledge of the relevant market space, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

· You have good knowledge of the major healthcare systems in ANZ.

· You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, regional, and local management teams.

Experience and Education Requirements:

· Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree withat at least 5 years of related experience

Travel Required:

· 5-15%
