Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to enable comprehensive solutions by integrating various disciplines and ecosystems. You focus on accelerating delivery timelines while ensuring high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include continuous testing activities covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing process to enhance overall product quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize testing processes and improve automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within complex application environments.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
