Job Title: SAP BTP - AMS Developer
We are seeking a talented SAP BTP - AMS Developer to join our Software Engineering team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a key project for a valued client. This role offers a dynamic environment to configure, support, and enhance packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring system stability and alignment with business needs.
Job Description:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with business requirements while maintaining compatibility and performance. The ideal candidate will have intermediate proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development, SAP BTP Administration, and SAP BTP Integration Suite, along with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Configuration and Support: Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
Solution Development: Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Documentation and Training: Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for end-users to ensure effective adoption of solutions.
Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices.
Team Contribution: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and propose innovative ideas to improve processes and solutions.
Problem Solving: Build knowledge and support the team by participating in problem-solving discussions and contributing to solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Key Expertise:
Intermediate proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development is required.
Intermediate proficiency in SAP BTP Administration is recommended.
Intermediate proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite and Cross-Team Collaboration is suggested.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Experience in developing documentation and training materials for end-users.

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
Must be willing to work from Accenture/client office in Ballarat 4-5 days per week
