Position Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Sales Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Account Managers by accurately entering and managing data in our Salesforce CRM system. This is a part-time position/ 6-month contract, working Monday and Tuesday (5 hours each day, totaling 10 hours per week).

Areas of Responsibility

  • Taking instructions from Trade Account managers and accurately entering data into Salesforce CRM system;
  • Raise Quotations
  • Create opportunities
  • Create Sample requests
  • Create design requests
  • New Account and Contact Creation in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate and up to date Account and contact information.
  • Record notes from customer meetings
  • Proactive input of Leads and Opportunities into Salesforce and allocation of follow up activities to Sales team.
  • Data governance for the Account Managers (AM’s)
  • Record and report activity to National Sales Director.
  • Demonstrate safe working behaviours at all times
  • Complete Safe working from home critical risk assessment monthly

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Accurate data entry
  • Typing proficiency
