Role Definition

  • Provide sales operational support to Cat Financial Territory Managers and Caterpillar dealer finance and sales teams that focuses on solving problems, reducing friction, and improving the customer and dealer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Consulting on quoting and deal structuring needs.
  • Developing and maintaining useful tools for Cat Financial merchandising programs.
  • Conducting training for members of the Sales Support team and for various dealer finance or sales team members.
  • Serving as a resource or facilitator for the dealers regarding Cat Financial related questions.
  • Performing pipeline management support involving communication with TMs, dealers, internal partners, customers.
  • Coordinating the resolution of customer related Portfolio issues.
  • Developing proactive ways to enhance the dealer and customer experience via collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Assisting with credit negotiations.
  • Assisting with pending funding.
  • Resolving GCSS claim issues and exceptions.

  • This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.
