The Integrated Operations Enterprise Trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining functional position training materials for each of the six functional areas within All Spark Integrated Operations (AS IO), ensuring proficiency training is accomplished and the AS IO team is fully qualified to perform the mission assigned.

The five functional areas are: Shift Supervisor, Operations Bridge, Enterprise Monitoring, Analysis Center, and COMM Maintenance Planning Coordinator.

Additionally, the Enterprise Trainer will administer and maintain the training of customer personnel on all requisite mission and operational knowledge. The Enterprise Trainer is also be responsible ensuring newly hired employees are issued functional position qualificati on training materials, support the employee through functional position training process and track progress. This includes ensuring all qualification standards are met and training requirements are completed.

The Enterprise Trainer is also responsible for tracking DoD 8570 IAT certification compliance per the statement of work and per the reporting requirement from the customer.

The Enterprise Trainer will be responsible for reporting compliance and provide IAT Level 1 or IAT Level 2 certification details to customer, when requested or at a minimum of twice per year. The Enterprise Trainer should be familiar with the IT Service Management platform Service Now, in particular, Event, Change, Problem and Incident Management Modules and be able to train personnel on the fundamentals of this suite of tools.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all personnel required to meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 or Level 2 certified per the requirements for the functional position they fill.

  • Ensures all new employees are issued functional position qualifi cation training material pertaining to the position for which they were hired.

  • Provides the customer an AIWEP report at least twice a year, reporting certification compliance per the contract statement of work.

  • Develops and maintains qualification training material.

  • Working with the Situational Awareness as a Service (SAaaS) team, develops and maintains training materials pertainingto the Service Now (SNOW) Change, Event, Incident and Problem Management Modules and trains personnel on the fundamentals of these tools.

  • Conducts retraining or re-qualification training for personnel as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

  • Minimum 5 years’ of recent and relevant experience successfully monitoring and/or coordinating/directing IT operations, performing under documented 24x7x365 operational performance requirements

  • 3+ years IT technical training curriculum development

  • 1-2 years’ experience with Service Now

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent customer service skill

Desired Qualifications:

  • AS degree in Business or Information Technology related field or equivalent military or commercial experience

  • Current Security + Certification

  • ITIL 4 Certification

  • Technical background and strong IT skills/knowledge in networking, exchange, or desktop support

  • 2+ Years of IT Service Operations Experience

  • Working knowledge of network operations and IT services

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
