Position Summary...

This role is critical in driving compliance initiatives that protect our associates, customers, and communities worldwide.
As a hazardous materials manager you will support the broader hazardous materials team with program support to meet the demands of the additional and evolving business initiatives requiring compliant shipping. This role ensures robust oversight of internal systems for continuous monitoring of critical functionality to enable hazardous material shipping compliance.
What you'll do...
- Respond to compliance and ethics inquiries and monitor regulatory changes.
- Critical data analysis
- Program/training monitoring
- Field support
- Coordinating box testing
- Manage third- party carrier escalation root cause research and internal resolution tracking
- Draft and update policies and standard operating procedures with leadership input.
- Identify compliance gaps, analyze trends, and recommend solutions.
- Lead legislative assessment strategies and manage data programs for regulatory forecasting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on high-impact regulatory issues and provide recommendations to leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
