You will be part of Personal Investing’s Investor Center organization, which provides holistic Financial Planning and Advice to our clients.  The service we provide to Personal Investing clients includes transaction processing, operations controls, and higher touch service associated with life events and problem resolution.  We are committed to re-imagining service and delivering a transformative level experiences to our clients; we work directly with all Advisory Teams and multiple enterprise business partners.

While only one salary grade is listed below, this position is available at multiple levels including a salary grade 5 and 6 which will be determined based on experience and skill level.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
