Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.Ensure sustainable, stable, and maintainable application’s
Service Operations: manage the day-to-day operations of the IT service, ensuring it is delivered to agreed-upon SLAs and OLAs
Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents related to the IT service, minimizing downtime and impact on business operation
Problem Management: Identify and address root causes of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
Continuous Improvements: Monitor and analyze the IT service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
Comunication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and feedback on the IT service
Compilance and Governance: Ensure the IT service complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Test-/Releasemanagement and Deployments of Fixes and Enhancements/Upgrades
IT Service Management: Understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including hardware, software, and networking
Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize IT services
Problem-Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and customers
Stakeholder Management: Ability to identify, analyze, and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations
Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
Strong understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
Min. 5 years experience as IT Service Owner/Application Responsible
Min. 5 years IT know how especially for FIS Systems like Bloomberg,LSEG/Reuters, Marketmap, BAHA,SIX, Contributing etc.
Analytical & Coordination skills
Independent working style, self-responsible
Open to learn and acquire new skills
