Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business units is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. The role also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective in meeting organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Assist junior team members in understanding business process frameworks and methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process design and implementation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear process documentation.
- Experience in mapping and modeling business processes using industry-standard techniques.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to elicit and validate requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies that support business process design and analysis.
- Must know French

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis and French
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
