Primary requirement for this position is to grow our Product Engineering business in Embedded, Digital and QA service offerings.
The candidate should have first-hand experience working in engineering design services companies with global footprint / and execution teams across multiple geographies. Candidate should be well versed with outsourcing Industry and managing a portfolio of $10-20M+ selling in Aerospace, Industrial and /or Medical
Devices segment. A thorough understanding of the embedded and digital eco-system landscape. Prior experience of managing a regional team would be highly desirable.
Strong experience in building C-Suite relations, working on QBR, value propositions and Direct experience of sales process from prospecting to close and experience collaborating with internal, and client remote (offsite) engineering / technical teams is very essential.
Quota driven sales experience in the Product Engineering Services space.
“consultative selling” is essential.
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
