事業内容

・PC関連のマネージドサービス（Managed Device Service - MDS）

・プリンター関連のマネージドサービス（Managed Print Service - MPS）

マネージドサービス導入時のプロジェクト管理

・案件受注後、案件詳細を担当営業より引継ぎ、導入プロジェクトを開始する。

・マネージドサービスの契約内容を把握し、顧客への説明および導入プロジェクト管理を行う。

・適切なスケジュールを策定し、顧客と合意のうえ、あらかじめ定められたコストで、導入プロジェクトを遂行する。

・都度進捗を管理し、顧客への報告、および遅延が発生した場合のリカバリアクションを行う。

・顧客への報告およびプロジェクト遂行に伴い必要となる資料を作成する。

・社内関係部署と連携し、必要なサービスを適したタイミングで顧客に提供する。

・導入完了後、速やかに各種システムへの登録を行い、サービス開始の手続きを行う。

・契約内容に従い、管理者もしくはユーザー向けトレーニングを実施する。

・問題発生時には問題管理を開始し、SPOCとなり関連部署の支援のもと問題解決を行う。

　必要に応じて、海外の製品部門や保守部門にエスカレーションを実施する。

・すべてのアクションが完了したのち、保守対応はコールセンターに引き継ぎ、顧客窓口をカスタマーサクセスマネージャーに引き継ぐ。

グローバルインバウンド案件の対応

・グローバルインバウンド案件の場合、日本国内の導入プロジェクト担当として、社内および顧客の国内外の担当者と各種調整を行う。

・導入時の各種設定、およびシステム登録を、海外の担当者が実施する場合は、適切な連携を行う。

案件拡大機会の創出

・導入プロジェクト遂行中に、案件拡大の機会が生じた場合、顧客とのコミュニケーションにより要求事項を的確に把握する。

・その後、担当営業もしくはカスタマーサクセスマネージャーと連携し、タイムリーに適切な提案を行う。

必要なスキル

・PM　PLの経験

・ネットワークに関する知識

・Windows端末管理（AD設定、セットアップおよびアプリケーション配信など）に関する知識

・オフィス向け複合機およびプリンターのセットアップおよび管理に関する知識

・英語コミュニケーションスキル（読み書きおよび会話：TOEIC 700点以上が目安）

・エンタープライズ向けソフトウェアの構築、管理経験

勤務地：

・HP品川本社（最寄り駅：品川）

・状況に応じて顧客サイトを適宜訪問

・在宅勤務は、週に1～3日程度）を業務状況に応じて調整

Description of Business

Project management for managed service implementations

・After receiving an order, the details of the project will be taken over from the sales person in charge and the introduction project will begin.

- Understand the details of managed service contracts, explain them to customers, and manage implementation projects.

・Formulate an appropriate schedule, agree with the customer, and carry out the implementation project at a predetermined cost.

- Track progress on a case-by-case basis, report to customers, and take recovery actions in the event of a delay.

- Prepare materials necessary for reporting to customers and project execution.

・Collaborate with related departments within the company to provide customers with necessary services at the appropriate time.

・After the introduction is completed, register with various systems promptly and carry out the procedure for starting the service.

・ In accordance with the contents of the contract, we will conduct training for administrators or users.

・When a problem occurs, we will start problem management, become a SPOC, and solve the problem with the support of the relevant departments.

If necessary, escalate to overseas product and maintenance departments.

After all actions are completed, maintenance is handed over to the call center, and the customer contact is handed over to the customer success manager.

Handling Global Inbound Projects

・In the case of global inbound projects, as the person in charge of the introduction project in Japan, I coordinate various things within the company and with the customer's domestic and overseas representatives.

・ If various settings at the time of introduction and system registration are carried out by an overseas person, appropriate cooperation will be performed.

Creation of opportunities to expand projects

・If an opportunity arises to expand the project during the execution of the introduction project, accurately grasp the requirements by communicating with the customer.

After that, work with the sales representative or customer success manager to make appropriate proposals in a timely manner.

Required Skills

- Experience with PM PL

- Knowledge of networks

- Knowledge of Windows device management (AD configuration, setup, application distribution, etc.)

- Knowledge of setting up and managing office MFPs and printers

- English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking: TOEIC score of 700 or higher is a guideline)

- Experience in building and managing enterprise software

Location:

・HP Shinagawa Head Office (Nearest Station: Shinagawa)

・ Visiting the customer site as appropriate according to the situation

・ Telecommuting is about 1~3 days a week) adjusted according to the work situation

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex internal projects, which often span multiple regions, and involve significant risk, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. The role includes effective management of project finances, maintenance of relationships with upper-level stakeholders, and overseeing a project team of over 20 individuals from diverse countries. The role fosters skill development, contributes to the refinement of project management practices, and promotes a culture of delivery excellence within the program management department.
