The Network Deployment Lead – Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for planning, designing, and executing network infrastructure deployments for new, acquired, or refitted facilities as part of M&A activities. This role ensures seamless integration of network systems while maintaining enterprise standards.
• Lead end-to-end network deployment for new, acquired, and renovated facilities.
• Conduct assessments of acquired environments and identify risks and gaps.
• Develop and execute integration plans including LAN/WAN, wireless, security, and telecom.
• Standardize network architecture across sites.
• Serve as the technical lead for network deliverables within M&A programs.
• Collaborate with PMO to define scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors for deployment execution.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Create network designs, deployment guides, and configuration templates.
• Validate alignment with security and compliance standards.
• Oversee installation and configuration of network hardware.
• Ensure testing, failover validation, and migration planning.
• Transition integrated facilities to operations teams.
• Provide documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Improve processes for future integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in network engineering or infrastructure deployment.
• Experience leading network integrations for M&A or facility buildouts.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, routing/switching, firewalls, wireless, SD-WAN, and VPN.
• Strong understanding of network security.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in global multi-site environments.
• Cloud networking familiarity.
• Certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, etc.
