As the Director, Site of Care Strategy for Depemokimab you will be responsible for foundational go-to-market efforts related to Depemokimab. This includes strategic development to support a variety of customers and their treatment experiences.  This individual will lead and work collaboratively across the Depemokimab team and will play a critical role in integrating the execution of the marketing plan across multiple customer segments. You will work in close partnership with the global brand team, franchise team, and cross-functional matrix teams in particular market access.

This position will require strong leadership in many areas, including clinical acumen, building commercial strategy, creating tactics to support strategy, developing KPIs and measurement plans, and cross-functional collaboration.

The specific accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Set vision and lead the cross-functional site of care strategies to ensure seamless HCP and patient experience.
  • Implement tactics to support identified strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with market access colleagues to develop deep market insights and customize experiences across various treatment journeys.
  • Forecasting/Supply POC (Point of Contact)  
  • Provide strategic oversight for LCM that could support site of care experiences.
  • Provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Foster an environment of innovation, inclusion, challenge, trust, and development

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA with 8 years commercial experience including sales, market access or marketing
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in US pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Minimum of 2 days per week in office required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestic travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HCP administered pharmaceuticals experience a plus
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, balanced with strong operational experience.
  • Launch experience/demonstrated ability utilize innovative go to market approaches
  • Understanding of US Pharmaceutical channel, pricing, and market access strategies
  • Broad commercial experience, including:
    • Brand lifecycle management
    • Senior leader engagement
    • Matrix team leadership
    • Customer insight, messaging, campaign, creative development
    • Budget management; P&L ownership
