Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Developer designs and develops new processes and enhancements using core workflow principles within the RPA technology.

• Analyse new process automation candidates, quickly assessing the feasibility and accurately estimate development effort.

• Apply RPA workflow design best practices when developing or maintaining workflows

• Apply agile practices and principles to maximise business value and continuously improve the delivery of the right customer outcomes.

• Review workflows developed by other RPA Developers to ensure compliance with internal control/security / audit requirements

• Provide maintenance to production workflows by ensuring second level support for workflow incidents; investigate reported errors, agree on error severity and propose resolution.

• For workflow support tasks, respect SLAs agreed with business for workflow downtime.

• Report issues to third level support (RPA vendor) if incidents cannot be solved by the internal team; ensure development fix, unit testing, and production deployment preparation.

• Configure enhancements /change requests to already automated processes.

• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the RPA manager accordingly.

• Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Product Owners during test phases and UAT to test, debug and overcome issues.

Skills Required:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science & Technology or relevant qualification focusing on programming or application development.

• Minimum intermediate knowledge of Python and SQL. • Qualification in process improvement and process analysis i.e. LEAN, Six Sigma is an added advantage.

• Experience and knowledge in RPA tools such as UIPath.

• Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management.

• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Business ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.

• A good team player collaborates well in cross-functional teams.

• Experience with developing and implementing automated RPA processes as a certified developer, or openness towards learning new technologies. We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
