Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of business systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues within critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues. - Ensure the smooth functioning of business systems. - Manage and make decisions for the team. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Experience in managing and making decisions for a team. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based in Noida. - A Workday Studio Certification is required.
