About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join our team at Holder House.
Holder House residential service works with you to recognise when you are becoming unwell and help you take preventative measures to avoid relapse. We work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide one-to-one bespoke support for you.
We support people from across the country who have severe and enduring mental health conditions with complex risk and forensic histories. Our admissions come from numerous sources including directly from hospital to community mental health team referral, providing a variety of support needs.
As Team manager you will match our organisational values, ambition and commitment, providing effective leadership to frontline staff to ensure we provide high-quality service delivery.
