Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Process Optimization

  • Oversee and standardize HR operations (employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, development, benefits administration, compliance, employee data management, performance management) across Asia sites.
  • Implement HR technology solutions (e.g., AI-driven analytics, automation tools) to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

2. HR Job Redesign & Workforce Structuring

  • Re design roles to align with automation, technology adoption, and future evolving needs.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support workforce transitions due to automation and process improvements.

3. Examine and identify opportunities for headcount optimization in operations.

Qualifications & Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years in HR operations, job design, or workforce planning, engineering, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong inclination on continuous improvement and AI.
  • Fluency in English.
