Business Process Owner must be involved deeply in strategy, purpose and targets of business, participating in business definitions, aiming productivity increase, standardization, digitalization and innovation.

Work as a liaison between the business / end users and IT team, identifying business requirements, analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.

Making recommendations for solutions and improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices).

Translating business requirements into application requirements to IT application manager and follow the projects together IT.

Responsibilities may include: Managing projects & processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals, guide business to improve processes with a critical and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand all E2E processes from business to be able to act proactive suggesting improvements in processes, collect requisites, desires, necessities and clarify all doubts from users. Aiming cost reduction, improve lead time, improving quality, reducing inventory, etc.

2. Lead improvements projects – be a local key user to implement local and global projects to improve processes.

3. Be the site SPOC (single point of contact) for all global demands and initiatives related to process.

4. Define the queue and priorities and follow the execution of applications demands from business together IT application manager.

5. Be a bridge between business and IT, be the representant of business in IT points.

6. Factory process documentation - Create and keep manuals of processes updated, with flows, inputs /  outputs between areas.

7. Provide trainings for end users with process definitions and legacy applications.

Your Background:

• Degree: Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or similar / Production Engineering

• Agile methodologies, ERP SAP, PowerBI, PowerApps, Sharepoint, advanced excel

• Advanced English (required)

• Intermediate Spanish (desirable)
