Summary
Leads complex, multi‑year initiatives with enterprise‑wide impact, applying deep functional expertise to guide strategic decision‑making and ensure successful project outcomes. Oversees multiple workstreams, strengthens cross‑functional collaboration, and proactively manages risks to keep high‑visibility projects aligned with organizational goals. Planning Coordination: Coordinates planning functions for the AWM Growth, Planning and Activation (GPA) organization, inclusive of sprint planning, business planning, and short and long-term projects
Analytics Tool Prioritization: Partners with Digital & Analytics team to manage pipeline of enhancements to tools and dashboards critical for measuring growth in AWM
Business Health: Supports ongoing reporting for growth and conducts data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, escalating findings to business partners in Advice and Wealth Management
Responsibilities
Manage individual projects or multiple workstreams within a broader program, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, contributing expertise to major project milestones and required tasks.
Provide guidance on project management best practices, leveraging prior experience to anticipate challenges and identify effective solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring projects align with the company’s overall strategy and respond appropriately to evolving market conditions.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues regularly to stakeholders including team members, leaders, and senior management.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively fostering communication and influencing key decisions.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate recommended solutions to stakeholders and leadership to secure alignment and buy in.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of related work experience; two years of direct project management experience preferred.
Financial Services and/or function‑specific experience strongly preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
Graduate degree preferred.
