Position Responsibilities:
Policy Administration: Conduct initial policy review and handover, track policy validity periods, monitor issue resolution progress, and manage renewal tracking. Provide training to sales teams on underwriting, policy maintenance, and other back-office operations.
Document and Marketing Support Management: Handle procurement and distribution of agency documents and marketing materials, manage critical document transfers per company requirements, and maintain system records.
Ensure sales personnel complete follow-up procedures and assist in resolving customer complaints. Support issuance of policies through the Yinbao Tong system.
Regularly check expiration status of professional certifications and assist sales teams in renewal processes.
Coordinate with organizational recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and staff departures by promptly establishing and maintaining system architecture and code
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in actuarial science, insurance, finance, or medical-related fields.
At least three years of experience in bancassurance sales support roles, with understanding of bancassurance channel operations.
Proficient in using Office software
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent Chinese-English communication skills.
Familiarity with bancassurance market products. 18. Strong self-learning ability and leadership in guiding learning teams.
Proactive spirit and attitude towards sales and customer service.
