Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day IT operations of the company
- Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
- Lead the IT operations team to deliver high-quality services and solutions to meet business needs
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of IT operations, including network, systems, and data center management
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery solutions
- Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and risk management
Experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and delivering results
- Experience in a similar role in a large-scale, fast-paced, technology-driven organization
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Oversee the operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network
- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the IT systems and applications
- Ensure the timely resolution of IT incidents and problems
- Plan, implement, and manage IT projects to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain IT operations processes, procedures, and standards
- Provide mentorship and coaching to the IT operations team
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNP, or MCSE are preferred
