Introduction of FG Wilson
FG Wilson and the growth of FG Wilson as a brand is key to Electric Power Division (EPD) growth targets between now and 2030. As we work to deliver this growth strategy for FG Wilson the successful delivery of our Product Support offering and the effective support of our distribution and customers is vital for brand success. Due to investment and expansion of our FG Wilson team an opportunity exists for an individual to join our FG Wilson Product Support Team in a Pre-Sales dealer support role in China.
Role Definition
Supports achievement of the business plan by monitoring the business and generating recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans.
Responsibilities
This team orientated individual will be part of our expanding global Product Support team working to support the FG Wilson distribution and dealer network to provide and assist the delivery of the presales product support offering.
Through the use of DSN tools and systems, as well as utilizing their own genset, engine & alternator product knowledge they will assist dealers and customers with the provision of high standard, quality presales product and technical knowledge/ information.
This will include (but not be limited to) the provision of associated FG Wilson brand genset documentation, performance data & drawings, engine flash files, managing product information requests and the management and support of non-current genset product support needs.

As well as appropriate 3rd level qualifications the incumbent will have demonstrated at least 3/5 years relevant genset& product (engine, alternator, other) experience in the Electric Power business.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
