We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join the Hive team! This role involves driving revenue through spearheading high-value relationships with prominent industry players in the live events space. As a key contributor to our company’s growth, you’ll be responsible for driving interest, managing large deals, and engaging prospective clients through meaningful and strategic interactions.

Your expertise in relationship building and strategic negotiations will be key to driving mutual success. You will possess the ability to engage confidently with event marketers and key decision-makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of the fast-paced world of live events.
As an Senior Account Executive at Hive you will:
Generate a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects and adeptly manage all sales stages, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing.
Conduct insightful product demonstrations to understand customer needs and clearly articulate our solutions to address them effectively.
Share and contribute to best practices and techniques, staying attuned to industry trends.
Innovate and implement new outbound prospecting strategies while continuously refining existing approaches to maximize effectiveness
Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies
Identify, recommend and lead the execution of growth opportunities within key cohorts of known and undiscovered market opportunities.
Accurately forecast and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, providing clear and concise health reports.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities
Represent Hive at industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders
What you have:
4+ years of experience successfully running full-cycle SaaS sales
Proven ability to collaborate with executives and key decision makers
Comfortable managing deals with a sales cycle of 6+ months
Experience with event promotion, event marketing, and email marketing, a plus
How you work:
Able to adopt a consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
Possess a competitive and creative drive to win over customers and think outside the box to get a deal done
Demonstrated ability to run a sales discovery and demo meeting and run a structured sales process
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships
Naturally curious and inquisitive, with a keen approach to client discovery
Capable of setting priorities, planning, and managing multiple tasks, with the flexibility to adapt as needed
