About the role:
The Vendor Enrollment Tele Sales Agent will make outbound phone calls to vendors of FIS Integrated Payables customers to enroll them in electronic payment programs.


What you will be doing:

  • Contact vendors by phone to introduce the FIS Integrated Payables Virtual Credit Card and ACH programs

  • Establish rapport with vendors and effectively communicate value proposition

  • Achieve measurable success against various performance targets, including high volume tele-sales dial, contact and conversion metrics

  • Conduct cold calls to persuade vendors to enroll in electronic payment programs following FIS Integrated Payable’s call quality guidelines

  • Review campaign and vendor profile and update CRM records for call activity and status

  • Operate with minimal supervision and self-motivate to achieve daily call volumes and monthly and quarterly vendor enrollment and performance metrics

  • Learn and position various new software solutions;

  • Adopt and promote FIS Integrated Payables marketing policies and best practices

  • Comply with standard operating procedures and meet performance guidelines; maintain compliance on policy and procedural updates to ensure accuracy of information provided


What you will need:

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • 3 years prior sales experience, including SDR Sales, Social Selling, and/or Tele-sales

  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets in similar role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Experience in accounting, corporate finance, or electronic banking industries

  • Must exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization with aggressive targets

  • Able to work as a team with other agents in the vendor enrollment department

  • Interact with individuals at all levels of an organization and have the aptitude to learn new markets and solution suites

  • Demonstrate ability to establish vendor relationships with a high level of integrity

  • Able to work Independently; Self-motivated; Professional Demeanor; Skilled communicator; Self-confident; High energy; Resourceful; Responsive

  • Microsoft Excel, SFDC and Outlook skills required


Added bonus if you have:

  • Minimum of 2-3 year inside sales/SDR Sales experience, electronic banking or financial services preferred.

  • Bilingual in either French or Spanish

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $18.27 - $29.77 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
