Job Purpose:
Our Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships in an assigned territory. This role focuses on selling manufacturing products and solutions by understanding customer needs, demonstrating technical knowledge, and providing consultative service to drive revenue growthJob Responsibilities:
● Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Proven track record in B2B outside sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
● Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
● Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and/or technical products.
● Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* First Year Salary Range between 80K - 120K + car allowance
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related job experience.Education:
● Associate/Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Business Administration/ManagementPhysical Requirements:
● A significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time.
● The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
● The position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.
