We are seeking an IT professional who is passionate about the use of technology to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives on working across multiple teams, and can use technology to solve complex business problems. The role focuses on advancing the capabilities of our supply chain business systems using the latest best-of-breed cloud and edge technologies that are integrated as part of our broader Oracle ERP environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for participating in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and supporting activities associated with the supply chain, warehousing, and manufacturing of products

• Gather business requirements through interviewing subject-matter experts and documenting business requirements for solutions development

• Bridge the gap between the business and IT teams, ensuring common understanding and alignment of both functional and non-functional requirements

• Measure performance against process requirements 

• Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement 

• Evaluate current business processes, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations for changes to business processes using established methodology

• Independently plan, prioritize, and coordinate complex and concurrent activities to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives

Basic Requirements

Requirements:

• Up to 8+ years of experience as Oracle or SAP Applications Functional Analyst with in-depth expertise in Oracle order to cash.

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or SAP

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion is a plus

• Experience in Oracle CPQ development and configuration is a plus

• Experience in web services API development and integration with other systems 

• Knowledge of order to cash business processes and best practices

• Experience in defining and completing UAT testing within Oracle, and other enterprise applications

• SAP experience is a plus

• 2 days work from the office in Krakow
