Job Description Summary

What impact you'll make?

This is a position in the Cash COE for Gas Power leading Standard Work & Process Improvement.  More specifically the Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader is responsible for driving consistent reporting, analytics, & artifacts to enable efficient operational outcomes of billing, collections, past dues, POT %, & disbursements.  The Standard Work/Process Improvement Leader will partner across the Cash COE & in conjunction with senior operating leaders to produce, maintain, & enhance daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly datasets & visuals for action. This is a senior level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, independent in problem solving and decision making.

What you’ll do

  • Drive standard work for Billing, Collections, Past Dues, POT %, disbursements to enable effective daily management from an FP&A standpoint (standardize the support to the Operating teams). 

  • Provides data driven, provocative analytics to challenge pacing, estimates and targets with operational drivers 

  • Continuous improvement mindset to driven incremental improvements & efficiencies in reporting  

  • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. 

  • Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. Guide others to consider a different point of view.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Significant experience of finance, accounting, or audit
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential 
  • Good track record of working in cross-functional team and ability to deliver financial results 
  • Solid communication and analysis skills; change agent

If contracted in the US:

The salary range for this position is 95.300 - 158.700 USD Annual.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
