This Position reports to:
IS Project ManagerWe are looking for a proactive TMS PMO Intern to support a global Transport Management System (TMS) implementation program within Electrification. This is a multi‑year initiative involving multiple pilot projects across different countries.
Responsibilities
Provide PMO and administrative support to the TMS program
Track and monitor open tasks and project progress
Support Project Managers in daily activities
Maintain and update project trackers and documentation
Coordinate communication and send follow-ups to stakeholders
Requirements
Active student status
Interest or basic knowledge of project management
Good organizational and communication skills
Very good English (Polish not required)
Ability to work in a structured and proactive way
Nice to Have
Knowledge of transport or logistics processes
Familiarity with TMS systems (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA)
